  Friendly staff, very clean facility. No need to worry about forgetting your appointment as you get reminders through email one day prior. Shout out to Farhana for helping me through my recovery.

  The staff are very friendly! However, when searching for a physio place and finding one (I found several), I emailed for an appointment. Head Office got back to me with a confirmed appointment, but by that time, I had contacted a few places. Nowhere in the email did it say the address or the name from Google Maps. The number provided in the email was their head office number. It was very confusing to figure out the address and ACTUAL phone number to help with directions. After pulling over and searching through the several places I found, I found this place and called the number provided to let them know I was running late because of having to pull over. Nobody answered the number twice. When I finally got there, the number the front desk lady gave me to use was different than the email and google.
  
  Make it simple! :)
  Head office email should provide Alberta’s address and Alberta’s phone number.
  
  And, if a chiropractor tells you they will send you documents for exercises, send them. Just a scheduling issue, I’m sure. But it took over a week to get the exercises I had to request from front desk. Chiro told me it was best to reach her by email, but front desk did not have her email.
  
  This is not meant to be negative. Just constructive. Every business has kinks to work through before they become the best of the best! :)

  I’ve thouroughly enjoyed my sessions with Whitney and Aidan at Sherwood Park- PT Health. They have my best interest at heart and have been supportive in my recovery and knowing my own limits. Thanks!

  Good physio experience but the chairs in the waiting room are horrendous!!! I think patients need therapy after sitting on those chairs!! Wow they are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat on in my life! I think sitting on the floor would be more comfortable - no joke! These chairs are a terrible choice for those already uncomfortable with back injuries. If the owner is reading this please consider investing in better chairs for your clinic.

  Awesome team!!! Everyone is very friendly and compassionate. I personally have had great results with my treatments. Would recommend this clinic 110%.
