(February 28, 2019, 9:26 pm)This craft store is fantastic! Everything you need for your creativity under one roof. We have been going for years here to get decorations, painting supplies, easels, brushes, Instax film and cameras, toys, flower arranging supplies, photo frames. Everything you need!

(October 25, 2018, 2:54 pm)We had a very large (6 feet by 3 feet) canvas to be stretched. Unfortunately, when we picked it up, it was not perfect... we discussed it with the lady at framing and she took our concerns very seriously. She said she would discuss it with her manager and get back to us. Well they did get back to us with an amazing solution that the store covered the cost for.
Hiccups/problems can always happen. But the way to deal with it is what makes the difference. And at Michaels ST-Albert, the framing and management team dealt with it beautifully!
This was n amazing example of great customer service.
