Fast and friendly check in. Very quite and met all our needs. Great location. We received very good service from the cleaning staff, Rahul and Maria.

Very nice place but no elevator. The second to last night the shower dial wasn't working properly so they said they would move us for the last night but the lady at the front desk grabbed her little bag of allen keys and the new part and had the shower working in 5 minutes. And we were there for 5 nights.

Super awesome place, staff is friendly and helpful ( i had an issue with the upfront payment of my room, and they helped me solve it and had the patience to walk me through the process, when they just could've not - but they didn't refuse me, they were super sweet). Room service kept the room A++ tidy, and refilled coffee and tea packs. just GREAT!

My stay at Hotel alberta inn and suits was amazing. The service was nothing short of impeccable from the moment I stepped out of the cab and before I even entered the building. Each person I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact, the front desk staff would often address me by name which made my experience all the more special and personalized! I'm looking forward to returning in June.

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Great staff, modern clean room, the bed and pillows were crazy comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night. Had a great sleep after a busy day of travelling. The food at breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. Honestly wish we were staying longer. This place rocks. Would be happy to stay again, and strongly reccomend.
