easyhome Rent to Own

Customer service is great. Treat customers with respect and help out.I was given a heads up on new deals coming in the future.

We have been dealing with Easyhome for about 2 and ahalf years. Maybe 3 now. We first bought a TV from them and Alyssa was just starting there. She helped me get everything lined up so I only needed my Man to come in and sign. He was able to not miss work just to sign papers which was awesome. Because of her service we have ended up purchasing multiple things from her. She isnt pushy and she wont make you feel like you are a problem to her.
About a year ago now we started getting rude phone calls, we had an easyhome truck come to our house over ONE missed payment of only 2 or 3 days and seeing as we had been there so long and we are very good about making our payments we were pretty upset. I refused to let them in and explained to the amazing delivery and pick up guys that I found it ridiculous and they let us be so we could go in quick to pay. Only to find a lady there by the name of Tash was giving everyone problems. Did not seem to care we have been going through easy home for almost 3 years and would not help accommodate us when we needed to make a payment arrangement. She didnt greet us or make us feel good about going in and dealing with her. She was snappy. For all the time we have dealt with easyhome they have always called me or allowed info out to me. Not Tash, she made it very difficult for me to get any information on my own stuff. Which was VERY frustrating.
Back to Alyssa, I am writing this because we just bought a new vehicle and Our brains were non existent about our payment with easyhome on Tuesday. We pay a late fee but when we go in ALYSSA or the guy who works there NEVER give us a hard time. They are always super kind and understanding. Alyssa will ask about our baby I was pregnant with when We first started with them. Which means alot that she remembers and cares about each and everyone of her customers.
I KNOW other people love her service also and I pray the easyhome company itself sees this and gives her a raise or promotes her or just shows their appreciation for this woman any way they can. She is a hard worker, always friendly as I have NEVER gone in and not seen her smiling and greeting me way at the door. She is friendly to those who arent respectful to her. Ughh I just adore her.
The guy who is there is also Very friendly. Im in and Never there for long as he is quick. He is understanding also. I haven't dealt with him often, but If Him or Alyssa are on I always enjoy my stop in there.
These truly are two employees you DO NOT want to lose. And people who go in there and are ignorant to these kind souls need to realise they work their butts off everyday. Make your payments and you will have zero issues with them. Unless you deal with Tash, she will make your experience miserable and difficult for no reason.
So Again To Alyssa, and the man. The gentlemen who do delivery and pick ups- Keep up the good work and don't let anyone make you guys feel like you arent doing a good job. You are all amazing, the 3 years we have been dealing with you all I cant say one negative thing towards any one of you. The other reviews make me sad because they are all absolutely amazing . Thanks again you guys!

We have gotten a couch from them, and there has been zero issues with it regarding bugs. They are VERY good about dealing with issues and doing all they can to help.

Tv, Couch, Speakers, Ps4 all absolutely fine after 3 years. Although we returned the couch as we got a bigger one free from family. But I still loved the couch I got from them.
