We regularly purchase sides of pork from Serben Farms and we are very happy with it. The meat is juicy and flavour-filled, unlike the dry, tasteless pork often found in large stores.

We love the meat, the price, and the service. The Serbens are friendly and knowledgeable. Now we pop by the store when we can--the apple and fennel sausages have become a favourite. The variety of products available is increasing every day.

This mighty little store not only provides great food at good prices, it promotes the quality products of at least half a dozen local farms and businesses. Not only can I buy excellent pork products--I can purchase ice cream, perogies, jams, pickles, veggies, fruit, honey, cream and much more. Buying local is important and Serben Farms store makes it easy.

Serben Farms is a true treasure.

I have been to this store many times and each and every time I leave with quality local products that are a huge hit with the family. The burger patties are a staple in our house - must try for everyone. When my family comes to visit from out of town they always ask to visit Serben's to fill their suitcases. The amazing quality of food and staff make this place a must stop for everyone; local or passing by.

Although this place has quality products, its price points are very high. I purchased local honey that was very hard and from last season. I feel as though this should have been priced accordingly and not the same price as the fresh honey that was due to arrive in a week.
I purchased a package of pork chops that were absolutely delicious. As I said...the quality is not an issue.
There is a nice variety of proteins, including farm fresh eggs and in house sausage.
I did call them today to request 4 lbs of sweet and sour cut pork ribs. I was shocked when they said they do not supply or cut those???
This is a farm that specializes in pork.
They have a fridge full of ribs, and for a customer to simply request that they cut them to a sweet and sour size, is not unreasonable...even if they wanted to charge for cutting.
I even questioned the man who was talking to me on the phone, if he was actually sure they would not do this!
I had to call the local Bigway grocery store and have them supply me with cut to order ribs.
All in all, it a place worth the look, but don't be shocked when you look at the price points.
