Upon arriving to my Dr in Barrhead (I live in Gunn) I found a completely flat rear tire..alone, and totally helpless I spotted the Kal Tire while I limped my truck over to the gas station for air..fast as I filled it with air ..it was pouring back out, I called Kal Tire , asked for their help.. the minute I pulled in they were on it! The guys were super fast, very straightforward and fixed my tire in a very short time! I made it home, tire intact..can’t thank these guys enough they really stepped up to help and I am very grateful!!!

After 20+ years of dealing at another business our vehichle required some high km maintenance. My usual business give me what i thought was a very unreasonable quote ( been getting this way for a while now) so I decided to try Kal Tire. The wait time to get in was minimal, when i dropped it off i received a call to discuss the quote from the mechanic. The quote given was 2/3 less and included an oil change. Amazed there was such a difference! They found other issues not even brought up by competitor. I was not holding my breath on their quote as it was so much lower and more work. Then the parts were installed and another issue was found and i was called to approve. By this time i assumed i was going to be forsure over the quote. I was still within the quote and very surprised in the speed. I actually was able to speak to the actual mechanic about it and not the front counter about every detail. Also recieved texts for reminders on the appointments. I hope my next experiences are the same as i have finally been treated the way i would expect to be.
