Tracy provided an incredibly thorough appraisal for a mare that I was transitioning from a personal show horse to a broodmare owned by my farm LLC. She was quick, professional, and the appraisal cost roughly 1/3 of what I have paid in the past. Tracy is a rarity in that she understands both show horses and breeding.
