Carl is a honest, intelligent and genuine human. He was able to help me with my car issues, and explain to me, in layman's terms, on what the issue was and how to fix it! Which is very different from my past experiences, so much so, that I won't go anywhere else. I will make the 4 hour drive from Calgary just for his service.

Carl's Auto fully covered their warranty promises after a recent repair on one of our vehicles. Parts and labour were fully covered when Carl's installed a used transmission that broke after a month of use. I was very surprised that we drove home without any extra charges!
