Great experience! I have been having shockwave therapy at Active Solutions for some time now. My mobility and balance have improved dramatically . Prior to seeing Brent I had had 2 hip replacements but still had many mobility issues post joint replacement. Now I can honestly say Chronic pain is no longer an issue and I am actually able to do more in my everyday life then I could 20 years ago! Brent and Active Solutions for Health is definitely the place to go! Even living in sw calgary it is well worth the drive to travel to strathmore where I know I will get the very best care and attention from a great team!

I'm a big guy 6'7 300lbs 40 years old... I have had knee pain pretty much my whole adult life! Been to many Dr's! Have tried everything from massage to spending hundreds on specialty shoes... nothing seemed to work! Was told only option was knee surgery... Came here on recommendation from my brother... wasn't expecting much, but after my last treatment in July (there was suppose to be 5 treatments but only needed 4) I have not had any pain at all in my knees and have range movement in them that I haven't had since I was a teen!
No more swelling no more pain killers! After 8months with no debilitating pain I write this review, and say thanks, For doing what you do!

I went to see Brent after my Mom had had a great experience with his shock wave therapy. I had what I thought was a tight hamstring on the verge of pulling and with a tackle football game around the corner I needed to be at the top of my game. I went in with an open mind but have never experienced immediate relief from other treatments in the past, so I had my reservations. After about an hour-long appointment, I was 99% pain free with full range of motion! I really couldn't believe it. I returned 2 weeks later for work on my shoulders (both of which have 15 years of competitive soccer goalkeeping, javelin throwing, etc) and Brent knew exactly where my blockages were. I could see my shoulders in my peripherals when I had first layed down on the table and by the end, they were laying flat.
I can't say enough about Brent, Lisa, and the quality of treatment you will find at Active Solutions. If you've got something that's bothering you, go and see them!!
