Optimum Wellness Centres - Strathmore

I can't praise the staff at Optimum Wellness enough! I came in hardly able to walk and Dr. Sean has helped straighten me out! It is easy to make last minute appointments and Wendy always welcomes me like a friend! I have had to bring my kids to my chiropracter appointment a few times and Dr. Sean just took it in stride with great patience at their curiosity and questions. I would highly recommend Optimum Wellness as a part of your health routine!

My massages by Jessica are always the highlight of my week. I always feel like family when I show up, as the receptionist Wendy, always cares and remembers each patient.

It is my place for back and muscle care. I enjoy the staff and the location is great for me.

Great staff and great environment. They take good care of you.

There's a range of therapies and services available for whatever ails ya. It's easy to book, with short wait times. They are community minded too, for example, collecting socks for kits for homeless folks, donating missed appointment fees to shelters etc. Their charity of choice changes regularly.
My only recommendation would be to have a physiotherapist on the team.
