Best Rogers store around. Excellent manager and staff. They have driven to the city to provide devices... Done exchanges within customer satisfaction two week period. Fixed errors on billing. Etc... They are all well trained at this location and care about your needs and try to match them with what Rogers offers. Worth the drive out if you have the time! Been dealing with them for over 3 years now... All the staff know me by name. Yes sometimes they are busy... But that is the nature of the business sometimes.?????

My husband and I were unhappy with our cellphone provider so we stopped in at the Strathmore Rogers location to have a look and we received excellent customer service from the staff! We bought two brand new phones and we received so many extras not to mention the MOST outstanding customer service from Eleni, Adam and Cam! This all did not happen without a few hitches but the dedication of the staff -- Eleni in-particular was stellar! We were so happy with the service we will be returning in the future for sure! We highly recommend checking out this Rogers location! Thank you so much for all that you did for us we are extremely happy with our new phones!!
