  Excellent store experience. Facility is always clean and well maintained. I have shopped here for over 14 years and that is not by accident. The store has a large selection of fresh produce, in house baked goods, deli, meat shop and nutrition products. The cheese island as I call it has a massive selection of products and the staff I have encountered are friendly and knowledgable about the products. Baked goods are fresh and made frequently. The meat section has a vast selection of products and is of high quality. Meat shop staff are always friendly and eager to help. The deli counter has a great assortment of items and again staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is well stocked and prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. Pharmacists are knowledgable of over the shelf products and are happy to help. Flu shots in private consultation rooms are available when "in season". Pharmacy staff know regular customers on a first and last name basis and really do care about their clients, they do an outstanding job. Till staff are friendly and long lines are kept to a minimum. If lines start to develop other tills are quickly opened. Carry out service is provided free of charge and self checkout tills are always manned for quick assistance if needed. Overall the shopping experience is pleasant and usually relaxed. Store prices can be and are often slightly higher than other grocery vendors but I believe this is mostly due to the membership patronage returns, higher quality products, extra customer services and better staff retention measures. The staff turnover at this location is low which is always a pleasant experience and not typical of other stores that I've experienced. If I have to pay a bit more for that sense of community so be it. So why only 4 stars? I can't go the 5th due to often sudden disappearance of brands. When it comes to brand selection Co-op often excels in its in house departments but can sometimes lack in general shelf stocked grocery items. It seems certain brands are too easily able to muscle in shelf space causing other brands to be removed entirely. This leads quickly to limited choice which I am no fan of. Since I refuse to be shifted to other brands when I choose one over the other for prefference reasons, I am forced to go to another vendor to acquire them which wastes time and money. Sometimes stock is allowed to deplete to an empty shelf for too long until a product is re-stocked. Again product availability from the supplier does not appear to be the issue as other stores are kept in full stock of the same item and brand. This may or may not be the fault of individual stores but rather the distribution center but either way it's a pain as a customer in the store at that moment, so I can't go for 5 out of 5. Otherwise it's a great location.

  Self service checkouts are not very good But good selection of meat and tone on sale
