Had to go in after hours, saw Dr.Sidhu, just a lovely veterinarian, very explanatory, made us understand what we needed and why, I never for a moment felt like I was being taken for a ride. Krista and the Irish lady were lovely , so kind, they were busy but things were smooth, I will 100 % be back. Just a wonderful veterinary experience. Thank you so much.
They were very caring and compassionate! They clearly explained what needed to be done, how much it would cost and what I needed to do when I took my pet (Mika) home. I really appreciate all they did! They also have amazing hours so it is easy to find time to get in to see them! I would highly recommend them to everyone!
Great vets and staff. Lower prices does not mean lower standard of care or service. When we bring our fur babies into our life they trust us to take care of them and I feel confident with their care her at City Center Animal Clinic. Dr Sidhu is the best
Please read.... I ended up going to take our kitten in for spaying. When we went to pick her up my 8 year old slammed her thumb in the car door (exploded like a grape). I ran into the vet where all the staff helped provide first aid. I was escorted to the back to use the bathroom to clean her thumb and everywhere in the clinic is spotless. Dr Chandler came out and wrapped her thumb with. Lean gauze while the staff expedited getting our cat so we could go to urgent care. This was what amazed me about the staff they went out of their way to help me. In addition the service associated to the spaying was above par with two follow up calls. I will recommend them not only as a vet but for their compassion in dealing with people. Thank you. Norm.
