I booked a consultation with this company, at this location on a whim and I am SO happy that I did. The MOA I spoke to while booking my appointment was polite and friendly; equally so when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Michael Massie made me feel extremely confident in his knowledge and ability to help me with my hormonal acne. More importantly, he spoke to me as an equal ( as opposed to other doctors I have seen that spoke to me as if I were idiotic or just a pay check.) I will definately be recommending this place to EVERYONE!

I have been going to ReNue for a couple of years now, the customer service and the staff are excellent. I hate needles and Shaina is wonderful and always puts me at ease. I am always asking questions and the girls are so helpful and don't get annoyed with me lol. Keep up the good work. see you soon :)

I drive from Calgary to see these girls. They have always made me feel welcome and comfortable. They have never made me feel like any question is silly. I will continue to go there for all of my needs!

The staff at the Airdrie location are remarkable & trust worthy. They are very educated on which procedures are best for me.. I leave there each time feeling incredible! :)

I'm a busy stay at home mom and for a treat my hubby bought me a gift certificate to have a "spa" day. Let me tell you- it was much needed and the girls at ReNue did not disappoint! I had been to many spas when I was younger, but the aesthetician, Tracey, was AMAZING! First of all she was super professional. Her work area was tidy, everything was obviously sterilized and clean. She was gentle during my pedicure, but somehow got my monster feet baby's butt smooth! She also did a shellac manicure (turned out perfectly) and I also got a facial. I've had many facials in my day, but this one took the cake. I actually had to let out a moan (just about died in embarassament...) Thank you Tracey for making my day away from the kids wonderful! You were great to talk to and your services did not disappoint. I will definately be back!
