Jason, Adam, Solus and the gang are by far the best crew ever! I have gotten the best service and pricing out of any tire shop I have ever used. I have multiple vehicles and only use Kaltire in Airdrie. They go above and beyond each time. I will never go anywhere else! Keep up the amazing work guys!

I normally go to a different location as they always take really good care of me but due to circumstances I needed things done a little closer to home. The other location gave me a quote for work to be done and advised me that all locations would honor the quote. When I arrived the employee advised me they were unable to honor the quote due to an error.. that a tie rod replacement is .9 hours in labour not .5 hours. Saying that against my better judgement I went ahead with it but of course curiosity got the best of me and I phoned the other location after the work was done. They advised me that no it is .5 in labour as I was also getting a wheel alignment so they deduct .4 in labour so you are not being charged for the same work.. on top of this it states clearly on the invoice to deduct .4 labour if a wheel alignment is included. Yet they still charged me .9 in labour. For this reason I'm upset that I was ripped off and the staff did not correct there mistake.

Kal Tire recently helped me trouble shoot a difficult problem with the fit of a new set of rims I bought that ended up needing a hub centric ring to work on my current vehicle. They were able to rebook me 4 times within the same week even though they were busy and did all of the extra investigation for free as well as giving me a refund for the seasonal swap. The manager and assistant manager gave me excellent customer service and hung in there until the problem was narrowed down. I definitely would recomend their services because they will make sure that the customer is satisfied even in complex situations.
