Lifemark Physiotherapy Willow Brook

Imagine a place where all the staff were competent, polite, and went out of their way to treat you like family. Well, this is exactly how I was treated by Rafael and his amazing team at Lifemark Willow Brook. I came in broken and hopeless and left with confidence and regained the use of my dominant arm after major shoulder surgery. Rafael was my attending physiotherapist, but it felt like almost everyone helped me out at some point. It was unreal the support and attention I received! Just wanted to say thank you to everyone! I am better now, but will continue to progress even further because of you all!

After a sports related injury, Rafael Ramos quickly got to work on helping me understand how to begin the healing process using a wide variety of exercises suited towards my sport. All staff members were incredibly kind and helpful, would recommend Lifemark Willow Brook.

I had an incredibly positive experience with Rafael. He was very knowledgeable regarding all concerns that I brought up to him and he made going to physio pretty fun. I’m writing this review feeling truly healed. My physiotherapist Nashida was always friendly and provided intelligent solutions to my injuries. The entire staff is very welcoming and easy going. I am thankful to them for my rehabilitation. Thanks to all there, I am well now.
