(February 21, 2019, 7:30 pm)As a cancer survivor, I was experiencing cognitive, “ chemo brain”, and kinaesthetic deficits. Having recently had a bad fall, I was happy to discover Sifu Peggy and her school of Tai Chi. After only 3 months I am experiencing a marked improvement in my balance and memory.
