Traveland RV Supercentre Airdrie

Travel and RV customer service was great! They were able to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for / suited us. In no time they had us making an offer on a RV (perhaps they worked a little quick). The salesman asked us for a deposit - which he assured us would be refunded should our conditions not be accepted. My husband indicated he would give a $1000 deposit via credit card in good faith to hold the unit but the salesman pressured us to put more down “to show the boss we were serious”. My husband said no nothing more than $1000.
The deposit was put through immediately!
However, unfortunately things did not go through - not from lack of trying on Kyle’s part. It has been coming up to 2 weeks since they took our deposit and we have yet to have it returned on our credit card. We are now told it would take about 7 days! ???? Why? They could put it through immediately on the card but can’t credit it immediately? Unacceptable- thank goodness we didn’t put the $2500 the salesman wanted us to give. This is why ‘customers’ are Leary about putting ‘refundable deposits’ down. We have since dealt with another dealership who didn’t ask us for a deposit until viewing and financing etc were approved. Would be professional of Traveland RV to refund our deposit immediately.

Everyone we dealt with here was excellent. Our salesman Travis was super helpful through the whole process. Always answered his phone and my questions no matter what time I called him?. The guys at the parts desk are awesome also. Kyle does a great job in the finance department explaining things and keeping it light at the same time. Thank you everyone at Traveland for making our experience a good one! Great work all?

We purchased our new travel trailer from them last year. The purchase experience was wonderful, the sales man knew exactly what we needed and did a great job finding us the perfect unit for our family. Since the purchase, every service experience has been friendly and efficient. They have always done everything possible to fix what’s not worked right and make sure we are 100% happy with our new rig!

We relocated from another province where we were used to regularly spending time by the lake with family and friends within an hour of our home. After having moved to Alberta, we spent quite a bit on some of our family flying home for summer vacation plans in addition to a couple years of pricey summer vacations in both AB and BC. We also increased our frequency of tent camping at provincial parks, but this still was not enough to replace what we had and that we still felt was missing. My wife and I first went into our local Traveland RV location to look at options to solve our summer vacation puzzle in the most affordable and reasonable way we could (with an RV). There we met Randi Westhaver, who took us through a lot of units to narrow down what we were looking for, navigated the entire process, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely positive as we asked all the multitude of questions all first time buyers have. Financing was also a breeze with Kyle at the same dealership. In the end, after exploring options at the dealership, Randi invited us to the Calgary RV show, and paired us up with an RV that completely suited our needs and felt like home. She was very accommodating, patient, and competent, was a great sales representative for her specific dealership before/during/after the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Traveland RV to anyone interested in buying an RV - whether in our city, or any of the various locations which Traveland operates in AB and BC.
