They provided adequate information for me to make a decision without putting on any pressure. I bought the most comfortable shoes I ever remember wearing! My husband and I will definitely go back there for more shoes; we eyed up several other pairs, but couldn’t buy them all at once. LOL

(April 27, 2017, 11:14 pm)I bought a lovely pair of Keen walking shoes for my trip to Europe and the customer service was excellent! The sales agent helped me find the perfect fit/colour, and showed me a clever way to thread the laces called a loop system to prevent heal slippage. The price point was identical to what I would have paid at MEC or Keen online store but the service is so much better. I would highly recommend buying good quality shoes here and support local shopping.
