I had my first visit at the office last week and overall the experience was great. All the staff were very friendly, they helped me work through my options. I liked that they had tv's with Netflix and the cookies were a nice touch!

Thank you Keeley and Dr. Chin. This was my second time to this Office and the First time I felt a little pressure to do more work then I really wanted to do. So going back a second time I was a little nervous. I was scheduled for a Cleaning and was paired with a temp from Calgary. She was wonderful and gentle and Kind. We had a good time as we chatted and she looked for tools and I tried to figure out the TV. Meanwhile Dr. Gordon Chin was working on a Root Canal in a chair close to me and I overheard him tell his patient that they were going to stop because he was feeling pain. I kept over hearing Keely, his assistant, asking if he (the Patient was OK).He said he had given him as much freezing as he could and if he was feeling pain then the Antibiotics he was on may have not cleared up the problem enough for the root canal and that a root canal should not hurt. So he stopped and said that he should come back after another week of Antibiotics. To which the patient was happy to do so. I was so impressed with his kindness and compassion for the man in the chair.
He then came over to me to check things out and Advised me that he only needs to fix a small Chip in my tooth and to make another appointment as soon as I wanted and it would only take 30 mins. My Experience was Wonderful and I think everyone should give this practice another chance if it has been a while since your last Apt. He would be happy to see you again - PS They bake Cookies at the Front Desk!!!
