We had such a great experience "Cindy" honestly made a stressfull and expensive situation manageable! She was flexible and knowledgable, the site was clean and oraganized and their are good sizing and price options of units to choose from!!! Thank you

My husband Andy, uses Real Storage year round and has absolutely no complaints. Staff are always friendly & extremely helpful, clean sites, awesome rates and has a convenient RV dump station for our trailer.

Cindy (site manager) was very helpful when I went to rent a unit at Real Storage in Black Diamond. I wasn't sure whether the size I requested was going to be sufficient and she assured me that if I needed to change units that they would be able to do that right away. She has shown herself to be very willing to help us in whatever way she could. Thanks Cindy!!

Really nice people and the storage area is as clean as a whistle. They talked us through the procedures, were super thorough, and the price is right. Can highly recommend this facility.
