My wedding rings needed multiple claw repairs and a good inspection. Wendy was recommended to me on a public forum. I contacted Wendy to discuss my needs. She was so friendly, professional and knowledgable! She put my mind at ease immediately. I dropped my ring off to her on Monday at 11:30, by 12:15 that day she called me and gave me a quote. That quote was beyond reasonable! I had my ring back by that Wednesday. Not quite even 3 days! My ring looks beautiful, like it is brand new. She offered some suggestions about caring for my jewelry and offered cleaning and inspecting in the future.
