(February 28, 2019, 9:31 pm)The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have the best testing bar I have been to as well. There are however a few things that could be better. Often there is so much vape in the air it can overwhelming and uninviting. On more than a few occasions they have been out of stock on the products I use most. Sometimes that is not their fault as production and shipping can be causes, however I am always able to find what I am looking for elsewhere which can be a pain. Their prices are not the most competitive in the market, but that that can often be made up by exceptional experiences. Unfortunately that doesn't always happen thanks to the reasons mentioned above.

What makes me keep coming back is how friendly everyone is including fellow customers and the staffs knowledge of their products. If you want the best experience to quit smoking or to learn more about vaping products cloud chasers would be my first recommendation!
(January 4, 2019, 7:32 pm)Russ is phenomenal! Everyone at this location is actually! I’m not sure how many times I’ve come into the shop saying “help” and everyone was always ready and available whatever I required! They are patient when trying new flavours and always offer options if they don’t have the specific juice you want. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to quit smoking!
