First time coming to the clinic and I was very impressed with the results of my massage.Danielle took the time to properly assess my situation and we worked immediately from there. Virtually pain free in the area that was in question as well as tons of relief in the rest of my back. Will definitely be going back.

I have been going to the north location for almost 4 years so now it's great I can go to the south! It was easy to find with lots of parking! My appointment started 2 minutes early as I was there early, and they direct billed my insurance! Before the massage I was asked what type of pressure I liked and during the massage I was asked if it was ok. I will definitely go back again and would recommend others to go there aswell!

I have been going to Energize Health’s north location for a few years now and have had nothing but amazing experiences. I was so thrilled to hear they opened a location in the South and offered Physiotherapy. I was so excited I booked in for opening day and I wasn’t disappointed.

The South location is beautiful with lots of light throughout with wonderful staff to greet you when you arrive. I had my appointment with Lauren, she sits with you and gets a detailed medical history and explains what she will be doing step by step and makes you feel very comfortable. It’s also one of the first physio appointments I’ve been to where you are in a private room and are not double booked with other patients. Lauren went through all the physio exercises she would like me to complete at home and set me up with an app that provides videos, sets, and reps for each exercise which makes it easy to follow.

I’ve also had to take a break from one of my favorite gyms and start a little slower with my home gym. There was a fee I would need to pay to freeze my membership unless I had a note. I sent Lauren an email to inquire if it would be possible for her to provide that for me and she had it to me right away.

All in all such a great experience. I will be referring all my friends in the south and will make the half hour drive to the new location for physio as it’s absolutely worth it.
