John offers the best computer service for apple in the SW! He keeps my 2010 Mac running like it's brand new! He even helps over the phone when you're in a hurry!

I live across the way from this store and have relied on this location for last minute shopping and emergency pharmaceutical purchases. Staff are generally friendly. Downside: Convenience will set your wallet back. Also, I tend to avoid their busy hours 4pm-7pm (long line ups and wait times). Upside: I am almost always greeted by staff in the cosmetic section when I enter and they offer a wide range of items.

I used to love shopping here because of the customer service. Extremely saddened and disappointed that they've brought in self serve cashiers! Friendly cashiers all gone :( Update: looks like you guys took some action on this :) Nice cashiers are back. Thanks!
