Helena is always amazing!! My daughter loves going for the meditation massages...she comes out very relaxed which is so important for her mental and physical well being. The new location is not too far at all and is in a quaint neighborhood with some cute shops and coffee shops!!

I've been going to Gelous Spa for prenatal massages in my second and third trimesters. Helena is very professional and friendly and listens to your concerns before your massage. She has a special pregnancy pillow that fits comfortably around your bump even at 36 weeks. Her spa is convenient to get to from Crowchild Trail and is very warm and relaxing. I highly recommend this spa and will continue going after my pregnancy to try out other services.
