I recently took my Mom to Community Natural Foods as she needed assistance with what vitamins and supplements would suit her. There she was greeted by Niza who spent an extended period of time assisting her with all her questions. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. I recommend anyone seeking advice on what supplements to take that would better there health to see Niza.

This place is amazing,. The freshest Organic produce with exceptional flavors and variety. The staff are the nicest I've ever come across in my life. These people are well educated on everything in store and can help with any queries you may have. They stock fruit and vegetables, fresh bread, great hot food to eat in or take away which also caters for vegans and vegetarians. They have fresh deserts and a full array of supplements, herbs and essential oils. This place is gold. Seriously try it out... You won't be disappointed. I'd give it 20 stars if they would let me. Top quality

I appreciate that they have a cafe with some nice clean hearty selection of freshly cooked food. Gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options. Whenever you feel like you had enough take out food and you don’t have time/energy to cook something at home well this is the next best thing! Yes it is the closest I have had to some home cooked food. Thank you for this Community Natural Foods!
