(December 4, 2023, 2:20 pm)Initial customer service was quite good. Post purchase is really poor. The warranty is not honored, emails are not answered, and questions are avoided. Manager does not follow up, answer emails or even address issues. Pass the buck mentality. Would never purchase from here again.

Ordered a power rack from the store, called them and an associate said it was in. Drove up to the store and the rack was not in. A different associated got the manager on the phone and they remedied it on the spot. Top quality service.
(February 7, 2019, 12:52 am)Decent place, attentive sales people, good product selection. Seemed like fair prices in the smaller ticket items but I'm uncertain about the bigger stuff like Smith machines, racks, etc. The free weight selection was quite good and prices were competitive from my comparison to other vendors. Fantastic kettle bell and bar selection. 4 stars due to no massage ball selection at all and no interest in ordering or stocking these either. This was strange to me considering they stocked all other types of related items such as stretch bands and massage rollers. Recommend.

Over the years I have fitted out my gym with everything from Fitness Factory and three things stand out head and shoulders above the rest, value for money, their outstanding warranties and their amazing staff.
Today I had a small defect on a piece of kit purchased a while back, I dropped by this afternoon and they swapped it out immediately, no big issue. Buy with confidence from here, thanks Dave and the guys, I will be back!
(September 23, 2018, 3:54 am)I had a great experience at Fitness Factory. They know their equipment and help you choose what is best for your needs. The prices seem really fair.
I bought a 300lb set of weights and they were out of one size of the plates, so they sent me home with some loaners until the right ones came in. Their order was delayed but they kept me updated. They remembered who I was when I came back in the store, which I thought was great.
