Absolutely outstanding service from Max and his team. Max was so helpful. He was flexible and worked with my work hours. He was up front and honest about the process (which was pretty effortless). When I did settle on a car it had to be delivered, so Max kept in touch with me daily on the status and provided lots of updates. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships trying to push vehicles on you, trying to get you into something more expensive and there was absolutely NO pressure what so ever. They just asked what you needed and worked with that. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Max and his team at the Chinook location. Max and the team at house of cars made the transition of trading my car in and getting into a new one effortless! I was hesitant to get into a standard, but the car had all the features I wanted and was perfect for my price range. Max took his entire afternoon making sure I was comfortable and even bought me lunch. After they worked some cash back in the deal I was on my way! The team at house of cars chinook and Max are willing to go the distance for there customers!

Outstanding service from all the staff members from the moment of first contact. Hassen took care of every detail, taking into consideration everything I was asking for and hoping to get. He even went as far as messaging me when he wasn't at work to ensure I was satisfied with everything I was getting into. Being a single mom with a vehicle I didn't know how long it was going to last, and a consumer proposal weighing me down I didn't think I could have this option that he presented me with. Not only did I get an amazing Jeep, I got my independence back. Some confidence and security that I didn't have before.

I also had the please of dealing with other amazing staff Joshua sealed the deal and ensured I understood every step and took care of every last detail, much much more that I could have asked for.

So much so that the very next day my sister went to them and also bought a new car. I would highly recommend Calgary house of cars and in particular the Chinook location if you are looking at or thinking of options for buying a new car.
