We were totally satisfied with the service provided by SkyFire. The installation was completed earlier than estimated and all the staff, office personnel and installation crew were very courteous and professional.

SkyFire were professional from the beginning and the service impeccable. They deliver on all their promises in a timely manner. The installation crew were courteous, careful, hardworking, and knowledgeable given that I wanted to ask questions as they were doing the job. They took the time to explain everything so that there was no confusion. The project manager was a pleasure to deal with and bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. This was the only company that came in to see the current system and presented, not only an optimal system but, one that would work within the current infrastructure. I have nothing but praise for this company and recommend them highly.

I contracted SkyFire to install my residential solar array. They were priced competitively and performed very well. They looked after everything; all I had to do was write a cheque and sign a few forms that they provided. The looked after the design, permitting, inspection, government rebate application and, of course, installation. They were in an out in 2 days with 35 panels installed. All of their staff were professional and very helpful. They configured the monitoring software and left me with all the instructions I needed to operate and monitor the system. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Actually this is a 4.5 star review. Excellent company, very professional and organized. Stellar track record and came recommended to me by reputable sources. I trust these guys fully and recommend them highly.

The only thing that was slightly suboptimal was some communication issues on which days they came to start the install, and failure to communicate when the whether cooled down and they had to miss some days. Also they left insulation on the floor after accessing the attic. In the end, these are small issues.

The most impressive thing is when I was getting quotes from multiple companies, other companies tried to sell me on a several more modules in order to maximize production, claiming a 5 year ROI. Skyfire came out, did a rooftop assessment, and actually recommended a smaller system (8 kW instead of 12kW) because maximizing the number of units on the roof would actually reduce efficiency and increase relative cost. They also project a more conservative 10-14 year ROI. When a company recommends you spend less money with them, and give a more conservative estimate of value, it demonstrates they are legitimately trying to serve the customer's best interest. That kind of honesty means a lot to me, and buys my trust.

SkyFire made a decades long dream a reality for me! Excellent company, I have followed them since their inception. Our project manager Bryce is efficient, knowledgable, professional and personable. He made the process incredibly easy and was quick to answer questions. Our installers John and Davis, worked very hard, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything throughout.
