Have ordered a couple times from these guys and granted not every single item is a stock item that's to be expected. The in stock items were shipped promptly and have always had good experiences with them. Matt has been great to deal with and I will continue to use them.
What can I say? I have a 2006 Mustang and I am very lucky to have this shop in town. Competitive pricing, a little out of the way from my house but relatively Central in the city, great selection, and expert advice.
These guys are Great .. I have made several orders over the last couple of years. Ranging from $ 50.00 to one order of $ 5,000.00
If there is ever an issue on the condition of a part arriving that is not perfect it has been replaced no hassle and no cost to me.
This has only happened twice and was immediately dealt with.
As for finding difficult parts or were info is sketchy. Staff has worked with me to figure out the problem and get the part ordered . If they don't stock it they tell me where I can get it.
Not all parts come up in searches. So best to get on the phone and call.
If you see a part listed on another site that you need. Just ask and they may carry it or will order it.
When restoring a car you have three options on parts. Refurbish , Rechrome and Replace in that order. When you can't get a part back up to at least a 9 out of 10 then I replace it.. When I replace a part I rely on Mustang Shop's people to inform me if the part I'm ordering is good enough to go in the car. They have always been honest.. If the part is not up to snuff then the NOS route is an option. But you can save a lot of money by listening to their advice..
The restoration of my 67 F/B would of been a lot harder without these people.
