We did this all from out of town and Darrell was great to keep us updated and guide us through the process. When a mover scratched the floor a week after installation, Darrell was quick to send Joel out for a repair that looks just like new. Very happy with the end result!”

Wally directed us to Helen to help us as we were in need of all new appliances. To say Helen was knowledgeable would be an understatement. She was able to recommend specific brands within our budget and answer all of our questions regarding brands and function. She spent several hours with us, giving us as much knowledge as needed to ensure we were happy with our selections when we left. I would highly recommend trail. It is reassuring to know the owner is on the floor trying to help customers when they first walk in the door and that the sales consultants are knowledgeable and eager to help.
