I was so upset after it had been ruined by another salon, and house of toli was incredibly sweet to me from booking my appointment (last minute AND before the holidays), to making me feel comfortable when I was embarrassed of my horrible do. Allie took her time coming up with a plan to help me, listened to what I wanted & got input from her colleagues instead of winging it. I trusted her, and I wound up with hair I didnt have to settle for, I actually LOVE it. I'm so relieved, I will absolutely be back. Thank you Allie
(November 9, 2018, 1:27 am)Beautiful salon with great ambiance. Jen has been my hair stylist for years and every time does an excellent job. She treats my hair very gently and with care as it is fine. She is very professionally and can carry great friendly conversation. I highly recommend House of Toli and Jen as a stylist.

(April 30, 2018, 8:38 pm)I am so happy to have found this salon. I feel like this salon is what every salon should be. Classy, refreshing, honest, and up to date. I find that a growing number of salons in the city are charging astronomical prices and for things that should be included in specific services. Some places in town are charging an extra $20.00 for toner on a full head of highlights, and a separate charge for a blow-dry! This is totally crazy!!! Thank you House of Toli for staying ethical! It is almost a belief that if a stylist have a great social media presence that they are now allowed to charge absorbent amounts, even though they have only been in the industry for a few years. The website has a great online booking system that is fully transparent with pricing and services. The front staff is amazing. Friendly, efficient, and professional. Great refreshment bar. Stylist service was perfect too! Free parking, and a super easy location to find. Also love that they are beside the Ladybug Cafe! I am so happy to have found this little gem! I will continue to drive from Cranston (opposite end of the city) because of how good it is here.
