(July 18, 2019, 11:04 pm)Friendly, prompt service. I had my wedding ring and band polished here and he did a beautiful job for a fraction of what the commercial jewelers would charge. My new go-to for jewelry maintenance. Also store is very charming and clean.
(March 2, 2016, 5:37 am)When i was ready to propose to my now wife I talked to a few custom jewellers, James here by far has the most talent and experience out of all of them. On top of that, he's honest and helpful in suggesting what is best. For example he said i should propose with the diamond, and design the ring together. Best idea. When it came to the design, from our lousy sketch he quickly figured out exactly what we wanted and made a beautiful ring at an excellent price.

James is friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled; he wouldn't still be in business after 30 years if he didn't know what he was doing! Can't say enough good things about my experiences at Galts.
