When my body is screaming for help Amanda always gives me new life through her massage, incorporated stretches, cranial sacral work and the tips and tricks she sends me home with after every session. I went to her on October 16th with extreme pain in my right hip and walked out pain free the same day. She gave me the tools I needed and now almost two month later, I feel stronger than ever. Highly recommend her!
