“Justin, Liam, Jean and the whole team with Certa Pro North are amazing. This was our first experience having professional painters come into our home and they made the process super simple. Liam was very knowledgeable during the quote process, giving us advice on what to paint, walking us through what we had to do to get ready for the painting job and setting us up with an start time. Jean, the painter was fantastic. He worked fast but was very thorough and we haven't found any paint splatters or mishaps! We did make a rookie mistake and chose a color that we didn't like once we saw it on the walls (I recommend using their free colour consult!). Once we saw the color in our bedrooms, we called Justin and he was so understanding about us wanting to switch colors. From the time we called him in the morning, it was just a couple of hours before Jean was repainting with our new color. They still finished on time despite this setback which was awesome!! This team cares about their clients and providing a quality service. They really made our house look fresh and took a lot of the stress off of us as homeowners!”
