I've had four treatments at Sublime this year and each experience has been pleasant and relaxing. A & G have always been very hospitable and made efforts to ensure my comfort and satisfaction with the treatments. I always leave feeling relaxed and willing to recommend to friends. A & G make an effort to provide a good service but also a positive experience - I enjoy their social banter and outgoing personalities. I have overheard them discussing methods, techniques, etc. which demonstrates to me they have a keen interest in improving their skills and learning from each other. The goal, I think, is to get better at their craft and to provide a better customer experience. I do recommend.

Excellent service, the staff are so kind and welcoming! On the integrative Medical side of the facility, there is even a kids area for them to play and draw. The workers are attentive to problems and try to ensure the best service! The interior design of the spa is beautiful, modern, and welcoming. Best spa i’ve been to!

I got my nails done there the other day, Alison did my nails she is an expert, She explained to me what she was doing and she asked me all about my day and other activities I was doing along with telling me about her adventures at beauty school in Spain!!! On top of all the good service my nails look stunning and I received the color changing gel polish so fun!????
