  Staff were awesome showed me everything, explained all I needed to know, showed me what I needed.to do never missed a thing !!,shout out to the staff very friendly and professional. ..Great place ..Will tell everyone. Access should be very happy ..exellent staff.GO THEIR STORE YOUR THING HEATED,CAMS,SECURITY. .and the lights come on when u walk to your locker ,,automatically..!!

  Wow. This is my first time using a long term storage facility but the customer service I received was second to none. The units themselves are clean and seem reasonably priced. The whole process of getting the unit set-up was quick and painless even when I showed up 20 mins before closing - Stacey and the team stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and I wasn't rushed. Thanks so much. Great facility and great people.

  I just started using the services of this company to storage all kind of household items during my moving process, which started around a month ago, and I am plan to use the storage provided by ACCESS for approximately 5 months. My experience have been quite pleasant from the very beginning; the customer service and the attention provided by Stacey and Eric have been unparalleled since this is the first time I use those services. Our experience was very positive and we would heartily recommend their service to anyone looking for this type of service. Keep up the good work!
