I've been training with jimmy and heather Hartley and their team for over five years. It has been the best decision of my life - having spent years running (hitting the pathways and doing track) - and going to a full service facility where I did resistance training - on my own. However, I find it invaluable to have the knowledge and expertise of the trainers to guide me through the exercises - ensuring proper form and to modify for my personal needs as necessary. Come and try this Boot camp out. You will Love It. This is definitely the BEST Fit Body Bootcamp in town!! Superb trainers who continuously motivate participants to do their very best. They provide workouts that are challenging and yet doable for all levels. They also provide nutritional advice. I have been going to this Boot camp 5x/week for more than two years and still look forward to going every morning. The trainers at Fit Body are amazing! The work outs are never boring and time goes so fast! The variety works different parts of the body on different days. This is the first time I've wanted to get up each day for a 6am class! Love the people and the team. Always supportive and non-judgmental (even if I arrive a few minutes late)! THANKS!!!
Large, clean, open space, equipped with everything you need to get a total body workout. The instructors are wonderful! They help you reach your wellness and fitness goals in a safe, progressive way. I have never committed to a workout routine as consistently or for as long (years) as I have since I starting working out with Fitbody Bootcamp. It's an essential part to my weekly routine for my physical and mental well being.
