However, the guy behind the counter who always talks about how much weed he smokes gave me double the nicotine level I asked for (4.0% salt nic vs my regular 2.0%) and wouldn’t refund me when I realized because I had opened the bottle.

The owner got in contact with me and addressed the issue accordingly. The display of customer care and appreciation makes One Stop stand out from the rest.
