  very small place. no place to sit or walk but all the doctor are very good

  My first experience there was amazing. I was greeted by the friendly staff. The reception staff, was so friendly and very welcoming. The office was clean and professional. The physiotherapist that I saw was Tamara. She was very knowledgeable and reassured me with my issues. I strongly recommend. My only advice is simply book by calling directly as the online booking had a glitch and there was some confusion with the online booking. Otherwise super great place! I love Bowness!

  Speaking of the chiropractic treatment specifically, Optimum Wellness Centres Bowness is a great place to go for your family's chiropractic care. Both chiropractors are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They always take the time to answer all of your questions and tell you what they're doing as they're doing it. For me, this greatly reduced my anxiety because I knew what was coming next and why.
  
  The support staff are awesome and will always work with you to find you an appointment that works for you or get you in on short notice because you wrenched your back lifting that heavy box and forgot to lift with your knees!
  
  Overall, OWC Bowness is an excellent place to go for chiropractic care whether you're five or 95!

  I came to optimum wellness with a questionable attitude about if chiropractic care actually works. I hurt my back at work and could barely walk without being in a lot of pain. Dr. Jennifer was able to help with my muscle strain and align my spine so there isn't as much pressure on the injured area. Now I can walk and hopefully soon go back to work. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Really I wouldn't look anywhere else.
