Frilly Lilly

Girls were very nice and the procedure itself felt super relaxing. But if being honest, shellac wasn’t done very accurately. On three toe nails it went on the skin that completely spoiled the whole look. Not sure if it’s gonna lead to earlier chipping or not, either way I expected better attention to details. Don’t think I’ll go to this location again

Pros: The experience was great, amazing waxing service. Emma was fantastic sad that she’s leaving to a different location.
Cons: I’m only giving 4 stars because the receptionist was snobby, was barley acknowledging me until I had to pay, and make it awkward when I first came it. She sounded nice on the phone but it’s probably scripted for every client. Suggest hiring someone more friendly. The receptionist is the first face you see and the last, it really sets the mood for the service. Shows that it’s not the most friendly environment.

Great place come here all the time

I’ve been going to Frilly Lilly for over five years for waxing, pedicures and manicures. The Mission location is very convenient if you live or work in the area. Services always start on time. The staff are super nice and friendly. I’m always pleased with the quality and speed of my services. Over the years, I’ve been treated by Atsumi and Kavery- both are awesome!

Love love Frilly Lilly... I've been going to this location for over a year and it's my favorite. Best staff and amazing services.
