  The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain products. They even gave us a free puppy pack.

  Clean place, helpful staff and decent prices. The people here truly love animals so bring your dog in with you for a visit.

  I first went to Tailblazers Copperfield for a freedom no pull harness or a k9 balance harness and a snuffle mat for my big boy. I brought my tiny puppy and sister with me. I felt very welcome when they offered us a puppy starter kit. The store was beautiful, obviously well taken care of and the staff were very knowledgeable. They have a good selection and they carry a ton of high quality brands and products (Ruffwear! Chilly Dog Jackets! I think I saw Hurrta there too. They also carry collars and leashes that are made locally.) Which are hard to find. I drove across the city to come back here for some of their things.
  
  I was shocked that unlike most other pet stores, I wasn't judged for looking young and having a puppy. Most employees look down on me for being under 25 and getting a puppy, without knowing how much of my life I dedicate to my dogs. They offered my puppy and my big boy Halloween bandanas and it honestly made my day! They didn't look down on me or try to tell me how to raise a dog and it made all the difference in the world that I didn't get any side-eye from the staff.
  
  I really like the store and they made a customer out of me, and I am always telling anyone who asks where I got the harness or snuffle mat to check out this location.

  I love this store and all of the staff! They genuinely care about my monster dog and want the best for him. I brought him in this week to get her nails cut and even though it took three of the groomers to do the job they were successful and said he was funny! I love my dog but I'm the first to say hes a jerk and even with that he still got a treat!
  Thank you all for your help and advice and for being a place that the Gator is welcomed.
