  Contacted online to purchase a replacement power adapter. 5 days later I still don't have an answer. Got an email back after 2 days asking where I was contacting them from. Nothing since

  We bought at a Vancouver show a ceramic pan from Ocean Sales Ltd. in Calgary. After few months it developed some pin holes in the ceramic. We called Ocean sales and was asked to take a picture of the pan as well as a copy of the receipt. We emailed it to them and they responded within two hours and told us that they would providing us with a new pan under warranty. Was shipped the same day and arrived home 2 days later. Great courteous and fast service. Wish everybody was like them. I wish them best success in their business venture.

  I have bought three Mulberry Silk Duvets from you and must admit I will never buy anything else, nor suggest to anyone to do otherwise. They are so comfortable and light and supple. I had eider ducks duvets all my life, starting when I was a kid, and remember having paid a fortune back in the '70s when I got my own. What a great thing to know yours are so affordable and of such quality. Honestly, there is a saying about getting always what we paid for, isn't it ? Then how come quality can become suddently so affordable? All this to say "Thank You" to you for allowing us to ge them.
