Veronica is the best trainer I've had. She is not only extremely knowledgeable of physiology and kinesiology, she is also an expert in nutrition. Veronica is so encouraging and her guidance helped me to push my own limits without getting injured. She is truly an expert!

Veronica is very passionate about health and fitness and truly cares about the well being of her clients. She makes sure that everyone has the proper form in her group fitness classes to prevent injury by taking the time to make individual adjustments. I was nervous at first to try the group classes as I have never been very athletic but she quickly put me at ease by demonstrating modifications. I always feel amazing and confident after her workout sessions!

Veronica is amazing! She comes to my house to train twice a week and has worked around my schedule so it works for me. She also creates a nutrition plan that is easy to follow and has helped me stick with it. She really listens to your goals and motivates you to achieve them. I highly recommend.
