Warm ambiance, very welcoming staff, well organised and they always have good sales.

Such amazing customer service, I came in later in the evening and the only employee in the store made sure I was helped as well as all the other customers and was still able to chat with me. This employee I believe her name was bell, was very bubbly and polite, provided a great connection with myself and others, loved her opinion and suggestions to my taste in clothes. I love going to this location!

I love this Reitmans location! They are so friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in, someone says hi to me. The staff are genuinely kind and love to help you find clothing that fits well. They also take the time to chat with you, which is a really nice personal touch. Whenever I need help, someone is there to put my clothing into a fitting room or to help me find different sizes or styles. If you can't find what you're looking for at their store, they will contact the other stores or look online for you. Thank you for the great customer service!

A fairly good selection of all sizes and styles. They have a lot of sales & the sales items are very well stocked - unlike some stores that have sales, and a tiny selection that is actually on sale. The staff are always helpful & friendly.
