(August 26, 2016, 4:28 am)Was great until they charged SIM card fees for signing up
(January 3, 2016, 6:22 am)I found that Bewie and Dhrumil were very helpful. Was particularly impressed that they took extra steps to make sure everything was done properly even when there was nothing in it for them (I returned a phone). Also really like that the Mobile Shop matches others' offers. This means that if a competitor's offer includes a gift card, they will match and you will get credit that you can use for groceries instead of something more restrictive (e.g. you get credit at Superstore versus Best Buy).
