Was particularly impressed that they took extra steps to make sure everything was done properly even when there was nothing in it for them (I returned a phone). Also really like that the Mobile Shop matches others' offers. This means that if a competitor's offer includes a gift card, they will match and you will get credit that you can use for groceries instead of something more restrictive (e.g. you get credit at Superstore versus Best Buy). ”

“This is the only place I go to get my oil changed. I've been regularly going to this location for years, despite it being out of my way. The staff are always so incredibly professional, friendly, and informative. They make detailed notes and provide you a copy of them. The prices are fair and competitive with other businesses. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. All of the people I have interacted with over the years have always been so intelligent and helpful. They are also super quick! I hardly ever have to wait and they really respect your time. Darrian and Jolie did my oil change today and they were so pleasant and informative.”

(it was -41 with the wind chill by the way) Shannahan answered my call @ 5:54 and was here by 6:15 (Sunday too). He was so perfectly neutral and told me everything will be okay, it is only water. “Cherise created a car themed cake for my son's 2nd birthday. From the beginning of the process to the end, she was easy to work with and very accommodating. During the design phase, she was responsive and sketched out exactly what I wanted. We ordered a 2 tier - carrot on top, and red velvet on the bottom. The cakes were flavorful and moist with the right balance of icing so it wasn't too sweet. Even with pickup, she worked around our schedule. Thanks for making our little man's day special.”

“The staff at the store were great! They knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked, and they had an OK selection, but needle felting isn't a very popular crafting hobby. The store has a very different selection than the store in Medicine Hat. I always enjoy venturing to the big city and checking out the stores we don't have in our small city. Michael's never fails to impress, so I will certainly be retuning at a later date, to do more shopping for my crafting needs!!”
