  Mitch and Allison in parts as well as the whole service team have been awesome to deal with. So helpful with looking for parts and service for my bike.

  Was in the market for a new bike. Ktm had some rebates on selected leftover 2018s. Price was competitive with the other dealers and negotiated a price I was content with. Upon pickup a thorough once over was done. Overall an positive buying experience, I would recommend checking them out over BF based on experience at both.

  I've been coming here for a while, and I gotta say this crew is the best in town. The entire experience from when I get to the parking lot, to when I leave is all top notch. A normal day would be I walk in the door, and the magic beings. Kerri greets me, instantly I know its going to be a good day.
  
  If I have any questions, the support that this dealership is excellent, if someone doesn't know something they get someone that knows, rather than make stuff up. I make my way to look at some bikes, Yves and Tyler help me out all the time, they know what I'm after before I even know - a seed gets planted, and eventually the thirst becomes real.
  
  I head over to parts, to get some consumables and some bling, everyone (Allison, Jessie and Mitch) there knows their stuff, they verify what I'm after and if there is an issue they take care of it - I can't recommend them enough. If I need new gear, or a piece of gear, Shae will show me the way, she knows the latest trends and fashions, I'm thankful for that because I know I don't.
  
  When I'm not sure about something, when its time to do preventative maintenance, or when I break something, I fully trust their Service dept, (Brandon, Craig, Josh, Thor) to get me out on the road again. They've never improperly done a job, and with them I've never been stranded. They know whats wrong and what I've done, and corrected the issue, those guys always helped me get home - they truly are wizards.
  
  I financed another bike here back in October with Bonnie and Faye, and in under 24 hrs they said I was good to go, ready to sign papers - they made it so easy for me. Without good people in the back, like Wade, it would be even tougher for the people in the front to do their jobs. There is the old adage; nobody notices when things go right, but everyone knows when things go wrong.
  
  Front to back, top to bottom, inside and out, this dealership has it all together, and that - is Teamwork, and I'll keep coming back.

  The Cycleworks Calgary team did an outstanding job this week at getting my sled ready to go for this weekend/ the holidays; even with the short notice they made it happen! I can't appreciate more the work they did for me! Thanks Everyone!! 10/10 would recommend

  Any time my husband needs parts he comes in to see Jessie McCormick. She is very knowledagble and quick to help us. She knows what we need even when we don’t, just by explaining the issue. Cycle Works has everything we need and the friendliest of faces!
