  We have been to several BP locations in NW Calgary and this is our favorite. The service is great!! The kitchen does a fantastic job of preparing the food and getting it out fast and hot.

  One of the managers on duty was INCREDIBLY rude to me about a missing item for my take out and I’m quite appalled to hear it was a MANAGER who spoke so low and rude to me like ‘I’m an idiot and blind’
  Then he chuckles about it, wow. How he got to be a manager is beyond me! I don’t care if the item was big or small, I paid for it so a simple apology would’ve sufficed instead of talking down to me!
  Thank you to the other manager that’s on for being understanding. The woman who took my order was quite pleasant and got my order on point! The food is great but unfortunately the rude manager was not...

  We always like Boston Pizza since we came to Calgary is a place to have a fun time with my family. The kids also enjoy the food and the environment.

  The only waitress for our hockey team,and it was her third large group of the day.
  There were 50 of us.
  She did a great job with drink orders, food service and bill sorting and paying.
  I'm sure she could have used some help. She looked tired.
  Shame on Boston pizza owner for not bringing in another server for the afternoon.
